The Giant’s Causeway is one of top three attractions we want to see in Ireland. However, it was raining on that day. Therefore, we put on our raincoats and still walked all the way from the Visitor Center to the Giant’s Causeway. It was impressive, however, with the wet condition, we limited our activities to few dry spots. Even with the limitations, we were still very impressed with it.
Then we hiking on a loop trail to the top of the hill and back to Visitor Center. On halfway of our hiking, the sun came out. Immediately the scenery had changed to very beautiful scenery. One conclusion is that we need a good weather to be able to enjoy any of the attractions.
After we got back to Belfast and checked into the hotel, we ventured out to see the Belfast ourselves. One more thing we planned to do was to try the best Fish and Chips dinner from the #1 ranked restaurant Fish City in downtown area. We also planned to order carry-out and have a picnic of Fish and Chips by the Big Fish status.
Then we wandered around the town a little more before we called the day off.
