We arrived Blarney Castle & Gardens in the morning and had free time to explore it ourselves. The weather was nice, the castle was impressive and the gardens were huge. There is a famous attractions in the castle called Blarney Stone. Legend is that if you kiss this stone, you will become eloquent. However there is a long line for kissing this stone, in addition the position of this stone is pretty odd and your posture will not be very elegant when you try to kiss it. Therefore we did not try it.
We took some nice photos around the castle, then we moved along to wandering around in the gardens. It was an enjoyable walking around the gardens.
Then we drove to Cork and they took us to the famous Cornmarket Center. We walked around a little bit and got some food for our dinner.
Finally we arrived to Waterford and checked into the Waterford Marina Hotel. A local guide took us to visit several attractions in Viking Triangle area, including Medieval Museum, Bishops Palace, House of Waterford Crystal, Reginald's Tower, and Christ Church Cathedral.
