Our flight from Paris to Dublin is by Aer Lingus. That was our first experience with Are Lingus. Our impression of Are Lingus was not good at all. First, it has difficult check-in process, then you have to pay for the coffee on the flight. This was the first time we have ever paid for coffee on any flight, particularly it was an international flight.
After we got into Dublin airport, we had the same issue of finding the Trafalgar agent again. Trafalgar definitely needs improvement on that.
After we checked into the hotel, we still have few hours to kill, therefore, we ventured out to see the Saint Patrick’s Cathedral in the Saint Patrick’s Park, then we walked to St Stephen’s Green Park, then to Trinity College. On the way, we visited the National Museum of Ireland.
In evening, there was a welcome reception at a local bar Nancy Hands. There, we had chance to try our first Guinness bear. It was very smooth and enjoyable.
