Overall review of this back-to-back land tours

It was a total 27 days trip which is the longest trip we ever had. It was a little bit tiring for a 27-days bus tour. The France portion was very nice with a lot of attractions to visit and some of the attractions gave you a wow factor when you visited them.  The Ireland portion was so-so.  The weather had a lot to do with it.  Plus the whole tour was emphasized on the fighting among themselves and on the famine/immigration.  It was very touching for those with Ireland ancestry.

Due to the inconvenience of the hotel location and our unfamility with Ireland, we joined a little more options tours offered by tour companies.  However, we were only happy with the Celtic Dance Show optional tour.  Most of the other optional tours did not have decent food with them.

Both tours had maximum 48 quests which is the maximum number of guests they can offer.  It is a little bit too big of a group.  It is not desirable for getting on or off the tour bus. It makes the tour’s guiding and explanation a little bit challenge.

Ireland as a country just did not have many attractions to offer in comparing with other countries like France.

As a result, we don’t mind to recommend the France tour but not the Ireland tour.
